Shipping policy

All items are carefully packaged by me in my studio to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing Time:

  • Ready made items (greeting cards, stickers, prints) and finished work (paintings, ceramics, jewelry): 3–5 business days

  • Commissioned paintings: Once we have worked together to establish a vision for the piece, it typically takes me about 2 weeks to finish a commissioned painting. Timing is dependent on current workload and complexity of the piece.  While I try my best to work efficiently to deliver your pieces quickly, I also want to ensure that each piece gets my full attention and creative energy for the best outcomes. Your patience is greatly appreciated! Shipping time is not included.

  • Ceramics: I work with B-Mix clay, a combination of stoneware and porcelain clay. The clay is smooth and fires to a creamy white, allowing for glazes to really take the center stage. Ceramics work requires at least 3 weeks from start to finish, as each piece needs to air dry before the first firing, and then it gets glazed and put back in the kiln for a second firing.  The process is labor intensive but the results are amazing!

Shipping Time Estimates (after processing):

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (timing may vary due to customs)

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships.
