Refund policy

I want you to love your piece of art. If something isn’t right, I’m here to help.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery date
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping
  

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or commissioned artwork
• Digital downloads
• Sale items
  

Damage During Shipping:

Oh boogers! If your item arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. I’ll work with you to replace or refund the piece.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or an error on my part.
